Business Start-up is a two-level (CEF level A1/A2) Business Englishcourse for adults who need English for their work. The Teacher's Bookcontains detailed notes on every lesson with added tips and advice onhow to manage and extend the course material. Additional communication activities in each lesson offer even more communicative languagepractice. The Teacher's Book also contains a placement/end of coursemultiple choice test and progress tests after every three units. TheBusiness Start-up website offers a downloadable list of Can-dostatements for every unit based on competencies from the CommonEuropean Framework of Reference for Languages, allowing students thechance to reflect on what they've learnt and evaluate their ownprogress.
